Most of our in-stock furniture items ship within 5-7 business days. Custom upholstery orders generally require 4-6 weeks for production before being dispatched via our white-glove delivery partners.

Yes, we provide a limited 10-year structural warranty on all frames and a 2-year warranty on fabric integrity and cushion cores to ensure your investment lasts for years to come.
What is your return policy for home decor and rugs?
We accept returns on unused decor and rugs within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to large furniture returns, and items must be in their original packaging.
Are your fabrics pet-friendly and easy to clean?
Absolutely. Our 'Performance' line of fabrics is specifically engineered to be stain-resistant, moisture-wicking, and durable enough to withstand claws and heavy everyday use.
Can I request fabric swatches before making a purchase?
We highly recommend it! You can order a complimentary swatch kit containing up to five different fabric samples to see how the colors and textures look in your home's unique lighting.
Do you provide assembly services for large items?
We offer a White Glove Delivery service at checkout which includes room-of-choice placement, full assembly of your furniture, and the removal of all packaging materials.
